To enter on the Internet, go to www.visitthedelta.com, click on the sweepstakes icon and fill out the registration form, including your full name, address, daytime phone number and email address. To enter by mail, send a postcard with your full name, address, daytime phone number and e-mail address to: Mississippi Delta Tourism Association, Road Trip Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 748, Tupelo, MS 38802. All entries become the property of the Mississippi Delta Tourism Association and will not be returned. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries or any printing errors. Limit one entry per person. Mail in entries must be received 1 week before registration close of August 28th, 2008. Entries submitted in violation of the www.visitthedelta.com Sweepstakes Entry Rules will be void including multiple entries.

The sweepstakes website rules are open to everyone 18 years of age and older except for employees and their families of the Mississippi Delta Tourism Association and their respective members, affiliates, divisions, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and their agents. This offer is subject to all U.S. laws. The offer is void wherever restricted by law.

Prize: Winner will be randomly drawn on August 29th. The prizewinner will be notified to claim their prize by phone and/or email and must respond with acceptance within a 24-hour period.

By claiming a prize, winner agrees that the prize is awarded upon the condition that neither the Mississippi Delta Tourism Association or their respective shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents and/or advertising and promotional agencies, will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related to participation in the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner's agreement that the Mississippi Delta Tourism Association may use and/or display the winner's name, address, likeness, biographical information and/or prize information without limitation for promotional purposes without further consideration where not prohibited by law.

Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.

Taxes on the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable. No cash and no substitution allowed except by discretion of Sponsor due to availability.

The prize package is valid September 18-21, only and is not transferable.
