Unknown Child Holocaust Exhibit Sep 19-Oct 10, 2017 Tues-Sat, 10:00am-5:00pm DeSoto County Museum, 111 E. Commerce St, Hernando This exhibit tells the story of the 1.5 million children who died in the Holocaust, as seen through the eyes of the local students who collected 1.5M pennies – one for each child. Free admission. Unknown Child Foundation was organized for the purpose of creating a children’s Holocaust remembrance park (one of very few in the world) in DeSoto County, which will tell the story of the 1.5 million slain children.
